pinktoberOctober is here, and that means Breast Cancer Awareness Month is upon us again… Have you thought about what you can do to show your support? 2. Make a Donation: Visit Charity Navigator for a detailed list of 27 breast cancer charity organizations. This site will provide in-depth information on the nation’s leading breast cancer awareness organizations. Find the right charity according to its financial contributions, accountability and transparency. You can also visit the Better Business Bureau charity finder to find a list of BBB approved charity organizations and make sure your donation will get where it needs to go!

4. Get a Mammogram: Take care of your own body! This is just as important as taking care of others!

5. Think Pink! Pair your favorite Vapor Couture shade with a pink ensemble. Show it off with pride and spread the word on how to contribute to Breast Cancer Awareness.

October is the time for conversation regarding breast cancer awareness. There are few people whose lives have not been touched by this tragic disease and so this month, we honor our survivors. We honor their families. Their friends and their coworkers.

Support education and early detection. Together, we truly can make a difference.
