At Vapor Couture, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should an issue arise, we will do whatever is necessary to address your needs, promptly. Our return policies are listed below; please contact our Vapor Couture customer service department if you have any additional questions.
Vapor Couture Starter Kits - 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Our Vapor Couture Starter Kit warranty is only applicable to orders placed through this website. (Those customers who have purchased their kit from a physical retail location are advised to direct warranty claims to the retailer.) We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all Vapor Couture vapor cigarette starter kits ordered through VaporCouture.com. If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your starter kit, we will refund your entire purchase price with no questions asked (excluding shipping costs).
To process a return:
- Using the password and username you received via email after placing your order, login to your Vapor Couture account.
- Click on “Completed Orders” and you will be shown a list of orders which you have placed on the Vapor Couture website.
- Find your current order and click the “Return Items” button located to its right.
- Fill out the Return Request form and submit it.
- Once you have submitted your Return Request, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your Return ID. If you do not receive this email, simply call Vapor Couture customer service and they will look it up for you. Please ship the product you are returning to: 253A NE 73rd St. Miami, FL 33138.
Make sure your return is within 30 days of the original ship date and that your Return ID is displayed prominently on the outside of the package.
Please Note: The Vapor Couture 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to Vapor Couture Starter Kits in their original packaging. Vapor Couture does not provide refunds on VC Flavor Cartridges. Starter Kits which have been damaged, broken or misused do not qualify for a refund. Returned merchandise must be received by the Vapor Couture fulfillment center in Miami within 30-days of the original purchase date. Unless a product was shipped in error, Vapor Couture will not refund any costs associated with shipping.
Any Vapor Couture product eligible for a refund which is received within 30-days of original purchase is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eligible wholesale orders returned within 30-days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
