How Shipping Works
You have several shipping options for your Vapor Couture purchase. Included among these are flat-rate or Expedited services. We estimate our shipping dates based on numerous factors, including the processing time required for an item to be assembled for shipment, which shopping option has been selected and the destination address. Orders being shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico do not qualify for flat-rate shipping.
Vapor Couture estimates delivery times by first accounting for the number of days required to process your order. That number is then added to the number of business days it will take for your package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address, based on the shipping option you’ve chosen.
Orders using Flat Rate, Ground, Priority or 3-Day delivery services which are placed after 6:00PM on Thursday will not be fulfilled until Monday morning. If you are using Overnight Shipping, you must place your order prior to 3pm on Friday or it will not be shipped until Monday.
Any order with a destination address located outside the United States requires a $5 handling fee. Be advised that vapor cigarette products’ importation is restricted in some countries; Vapor Couture abides by the laws of the country in which we physically operate. Aside from US embargoed countries, Vapor Couture will ship to any location; however, unless you are familiar with the import laws of your own country, your order may experience delays, non-arrival or seizures. Despite extensive experience shipping our product overseas, these types of delays/seizures may occur and are caused by National Customs services. Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control.
Get Your Stuff Faster
You can choose a faster shipping option (Ground, Priority, 3 Day, Overnight*) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the processing time, but estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
If Flat Rate shipping is not fast enough, you may utilize a faster option. We have Ground, Priority, 3-Day or Overnight* shipping available. Selecting a faster method of shipping will not affect processing time, but should improve your estimated delivery time (subject to item availability).
Checking the status of your order is easy! One way is to simply log into your Vapor Couture and follow your order’s status there. Another way is to utilize the tracking number we sent you at the time of your shipment and track your order with the shipping provider.
Important Stuff
- Orders to PO Boxes must ship with Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, or International Express service
- International Orders (outside the USA) take 7 to 30 business days + possible customs clearance time
- For accurate tracking information, allow 48 hours for carrier systems to update
- International shipments can be subject to Customs delays
- International shipments may be subject to duty or VAT charges (these are calculated independently by each country)
*Overnight shipping orders placed before 3:00PM are processed the same day.
